April 14 we will be starting the party about 3pm in the afternoon and going until the wee hours of the morning, like normal. We are starting it early this month because we are NOT have the munch at the restaurant. We are just going to have a pot luck at the house starting at 3pm and people can come as there schedule allows.

We will have different play stations set up as well. We will have a station to dye eggs, i know its after Easter but some people didn’t get to do that as a little. We will also have color stations, paint stations, craft stations and other stuff set up through out the day. We will play games like pin the tail, hot potatoe, pictionary and little raffles for small prizes.

We will provide some food and drinks as well as a cake and ice cream but it is going to be a pot lock so please bring a dish to share with your friends or drinks to share.

Spending too much time dealing with adult responsibilities? Stuck indoors due to the weather? Escape the stress and rainy day blues and come party like you’re 9 again! We’ll have something for kids of all ages - and their Bigs. Activities include:

• Egg dyeing/decorating
• Arts & crafts
• Story Time with @CrucibleSarah
• Movie on the big screen
• “Adult” game table for the Bigs … and older “kids”

After all the party fun, why not stay for Open Play at the Crucible? For those who choose to stay for Open Play, your hosts (mako, babyrichard, rs2you, and kimby) will provide a buffet dinner at the club at 8pm. (There is no charge for dinner, but donations will be accepted.)

Note: Crucible membership is required for the party (and Open Play). If you aren’t already a member, please join in advance via the Crucible’s website here. Members may bring up to two (2) guests (must arrive together), but pricing is higher for guests, so why not just join??

Love is in the air! If you have never been or just haven’t been in a while now is your chance to reconnect with new friends. We will be having the MUNCH on Saturday February 18th starting at 6pm. As always, come when you can and if this is your first time just ask for “Courtney’s party”. We will be out back like always.

We will also be heading back to the house after the MUNCH for the after play party. You may dress out at the party or stay in dress clothes.

Again, we will have the MUNCH at the normal location then the After party. We will need to meet you before any parties. So, if you plan on coming to just the party please make arrangements to meet with us ahead of time or come out to the MUNCH.

Also, If you didn’t already hear Baby Josh and I are getting married so PLEASE come out and celebrate our engagement will us all.

We will also discuss at the MUNCH maybe looking into alll of us, as a group, going to the movies about 10pm, after the MUNCH, to see The Muppets or The Chipmunks.

The Albany Ageplay Munch is going to two munches per month! For a weekday and a weekend evening, we’ll meet on the Last Wednesday and the Second Sunday of each month. You can find us discretely hiding in plain sight by noticing the teddy bear on the table.  There are some more private tables between the escalators and the windows. We’ll have a teddy bear on the table and apart from that we’ll just look like folks chatting.

After that, Justin and I headed to Jamestown to City Lake Park for the Fall Leaves boat tour. Boy, was it spectacular! Just the right time of day to catch colors on many trees around High Point City Lake. There were many bird sightings including an impressive bald eagle and a blue osprey who kept stalking the boat.  I definitely recommend this tour to anyone in the Triad.

We will not be having a munch in November (Thanksgiving weekend) or December (Christmas Eve).  I hope many of you will attend our next munch in January – January 28, 2012.

For the munch please come dressed on normal outer attire as we are in a public place. Wear what you want under your clothes.
For the Teddy bear party, you MUST be dressed in some sort of littles attire and you must bring a stuffed animal of some sort!!!
